Is it really free?

Yes. When you get a zero down system, we install the system at no cost. You pay only for the power it produces — at a lower rate than your utility.
Will I still have an electric bill?
Yes, even if you offset your consumption 100% we still have to pay the power company the minimal connection/meter fee monthly. You will still be connected to the grid so changes in your consumption will be charged at normal rates.
What if something breaks?
We monitor and maintain the system at our expense. You never get a surprise repair bill, and there are zero maintenance costs.
What happens if I move?
There’s a flexible agreement and transfer process if you sell your home in the future.
PREFER TO OWN?
Some homeowners prefer to own their system. We do that too.
If you’re planning to stay long-term and want to maximize tax credits, we offer full ownership with financing options too.
